近日，重庆解放碑凯悦酒店正式任命杜军先生担任行政总厨一职。拥有33年工作经验的他擅长菜品创新、出品把控、人才培养及运营数据管理等，将全面负责并统筹酒店厨务等相关工作。

作为资深的凯悦员工，杜军先生曾先后担任北京东方君悦大酒店、北京柏悦酒店、西安凯悦酒店、沈阳君悦酒店、长沙君悦酒店等多家酒店的要职及行政总厨。同时，杜军先生拥有丰富的开业筹备经验及厨房运营经验，凭借其精湛的厨艺，卓越的领导力和行业影响力与同事，客人之间建立起紧密的联结。曾在西安凯悦酒店带领厨房团队和餐饮团队一起努力，连续3年蝉联黑珍珠餐厅殊荣。

As a senior Hyatt employee, Mr. KanDu has previously served as Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Beijing, Park Hyatt Beijing, Hyatt Regency Tianjin East, Hyatt Regency Xi"an, Grand Hyatt Shenyang, and Grand Hyatt Changsha. With his superb culinary skills, outstanding leadership, and industry influence, he has established close connections with colleagues and guests. He led the teams at Hyatt Regency Xi"an to win the Black Pearl Restaurant Award for three consecutive years.

He believes that interest is the source of motivation, and everyone has something they want to pursue in their subconscious.
